Day 28 (Tuesday) - Grrr

Bah, I weighed myself this morning and I was back up to 75.4kg, so it's like last weeks effort meant nothing. I am rapidly losing faith in my ability to lose any weight at all. I only have two weeks left now so it's looking pretty unlikely that I'll look any different to how I do now.  Maybe I should just go back to eating whatever the hell I feel like, instead of wasting my time eating fucking cottage cheese!

  1. What are you using to track what you eat?

    I've just started using the myfitnesspal.com phone app.

    Tracks what you eat and the exercise you do against a daily calorie target. Having it always available on the phone means I don't have to remember to enter anything later, and it'll even scan in food from the barcode :)

  2. I use Calorie King - http://www.calorieking.com.au, it doesn't have a mobile app though.

    I have my fitness pal on my phone but I don't use it. I don't remember it being able to scan barcodes, that's awesome! Although I just had a look at it and I can't see any way to do it, maybe it doesn't work for iphone?

  3. maybe you need to reinstall the app to get the latest version or something. the forums seem to indicate that the barcode scanner works on the iphone as well.
